Dispersion Masks
This is a person ... right?
Batch 2
Batch 1
Triple Animal
Left: Finished, Right: Tester
I'm pretty proud of these, I put a lot of work into them, and I adjusted for lights and shadows so that they looked integrated. I feel like the right picture is very reminiscent of socal.

Displacement Masks ~~~
I tried to go pretty realistic with these so the displacement isn't always the most obvious and my placement isn't very unique. I hope that's ok?
I used one of my texture abstracts.
I lost the original PSD so I couldn't fix the sleeve and shadows, sorry. I am not in EVA. My friend, Shera Zhong, made this design.
Project 3: Abstract Brushes
This was a lot of fun!! I loved the experimentation with making the brushes and images.

Project 1: Abstracts
Active: Main on left
For this one I tried to use more angular shaped to convey angularity instead of flaccidity and tranquility. I tried to make the image active with dramatic crescendos and diminuendos.
The second one was in a more experimental style integrating soft and hard shapes and lines. It feels quite active but the image is not as visually pleasing.

Passive
I tried to convey the flowing of a liquid or a fabric (going with gravity) to emulate a sense of tranquility.
In the main image I added textures to make it more interesting. For the second one (much like the second active one) I tried to be more experimental but I couldn't achieve the result I wanted with the mouse.

Mysterious
I'm pretty happy with this one. There was a lot of experimentation and I ended with something different from what I planned, but the end concept is still similar.
I tried to create an intriguing end point with different lanes drawing the viewer's eye towards the central point. I framed it with circles to give it more depth and interest so that the viewer almost looks through a portal to the central point.
